*FREE SHIPPING is valid on orders shipped to a single U.S. Domestic address. Please start the checkout process to receive a quote for international shipping costs as it varies. Offer and delivery times are subject to change without notice

  • Shipping Schedule: We dispatch orders twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of each month, or the next business day if these dates fall on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Placement: Orders received between our shipping dates will be processed and shipped during the next available shipping period.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

  • Order Status & Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

  • International Shipping: For international orders, please note that delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance procedures and other factors beyond our control.  Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • Shipping Rates:  Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
